Delete your Verdi account
You can delete your account at any time. Here is what happens and how to do it.
What gets deleted
Deleting your Verdi account permanently removes your account and all associated data: your profile, every sheet you have created, every row inside those sheets, your subscription record, and all support tickets.
Payment records required for legal and tax compliance are retained by Stripe, our payment processor, per its policies.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
How to delete
- In the mobile app: if you are signed in, open Settings, then "Your data", then "Delete account". Your account and everything in it are deleted instantly, and any paid subscription is canceled at the same time.
- On verdifin.com: open Settings, then choose "Delete account".
- By request: use our support form and ask for account deletion from the email address on your account. We will process your request within 30 days.
